Microsoft Uses The Ban Hammer on Forza 3 Players

Want to play the newest game before it even releases? Got a modded system? Well as most modders know, you can often times get these games several weeks early. One problem though, make sure you don’t log in to Xbox Live. Is it just me or did every person that has ever modded something know you DO NOT want attention about pirating?. Well apparently these gamers thought they needed attention.

Stephen Toulouse, director of Xbox Live policy enforcement, updated his twitter with the following:

You know, when you play a pre-release title on LIVE when I know you shouldn’t have it, it’s not hard for me to figure out. #forza3hammertime

All accounts playing the game before release have been notified with a email stating their accounts are in permanent suspension. Note to Self: DONT LOG ON TO LIVE IF YOU HAVE A MODDED XBOX!
